• Erstwhile partner in Khandelwal Kakani & Co. and M. Munshi & Co. After becoming a Chartered Accountant in 1990, he was a partner in M/s. Khandelwal Kakani & Co. and M/s. M. Munshi & Co.
where he conducted many large sized stock/ investigative audits on behalf of banks/ financial institutions. Many of these cases have been referred to CBI and have been appreciated in various courts of law.
He has been the Central Statutory Auditor for State Bank of Indore, State Bank of Hyderabad and Dena Bank.
Since 2008, he founded “VSP Consultants Pvt Ltd”, built under the vision of “All financial solutions under one roof”, with an expertise in Project Financing, Restructuring & Private Equity deals.
